Cancellation Policy
At SprintVisa, we are committed to transparency. We understand that travel plans can change, and we have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and traveler-friendly as possible.
1. Request Cancellation
You may request a cancellation of your visa application service at any time before the application is officially lodged with the government authorities. To initiate a cancellation, please contact your assigned Visa Advisor via Call or WhatsApp or reach out through our official support channels (phone at (+91)7986783408, by email at [email protected])
2. Cancellation Eligibility
Your eligibility for a refund is strictly determined by whether SprintVisa has fulfilled the "Submission" stage.
- Pre-Submission (100% Refund): If your cancellation request is acknowledged before we have submitted your application and paid the government/embassy fees, you are entitled to a Full Refund of both the service fee and any embassy fees paid to us.
- Post-Submission (No Refund): Once an application has been submitted and the fees have been paid to the embassy or consulate (either online or via physical passport submission), the service is considered fully rendered. At this stage, the application cannot be cancelled.
Note: In consulatation only visas, the pre-submission and post-submission eligibility is dependent on SprintVisa delivering of relevant documents required for submission of the application to the embassy.
3. Definition of Submission
- For Online Applications: The form is filed on the official portal and the mandatory visa fees have been paid.
- For Offline Applications: The physical passport and documents have been submitted to the Embassy/Consulate/VFS, and the fees have been paid.
Refund Policy
At SprintVisa, we don’t just process applications; we take responsibility for your peace of mind. To ensure total accountability, we offer the following industry-leading guarantees.
1. The On-Time Delivery Guarantee
We assign a specific "Guaranteed Timeline" to an application. This timeline is calculated based on current embassy processing trends, official government windows, and our internal logistics.
- Our Commitment: If we are unable to process your visa within the committed time, SprintVisa will refund 100% of our service fee to compensate you for the delay.
- Continued Support: Even if a delay occurs and your service fee is refunded, we will continue to manage your application until a final decision is reached at no additional service cost.
Note: The On-Time Delivery Guarantee may not applicable to all visa applications and is mentioned on each application while the customer makes the payment.
2. Visa Rejection Protection
We stand by the quality of our documentation and advisory services.
- Service Fee Refund: In the unfortunate event that your visa is rejected by the Embassy or Consulate, we will refund our entire service fee.
- Embassy Fee Refund: While government visa fees are generally non-refundable, if the Embassy refunds the visa fee to us, we will immediately pass that full refund back to you.
3. Understanding Delays
We strive for perfection, but external factors can occasionally impact timelines.
- What is Covered: Our guarantee covers delays caused by SprintVisa internal processing or standard Embassy/Consulate administrative inefficiencies.
- External Factors: We take responsibility so you don't have to; however, please note that the "Guaranteed Timeline" accounts for standard public holidays in the destination country and official diplomatic closures.
4. Applicant Responsibilities (Exclusions)
To maintain your On-Time Guarantee, we require your active cooperation:
- Documentation Timelines: Your assigned Visa Expert will provide a specific window to submit the necessary information and documents.
- Impact of Delays: If there is a delay in providing the requested information beyond the mentioned timeframe, the On-Time Guarantee timeline will be extended by the equivalent number of days delayed by the applicant.
5. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds under the On-Time or Rejection guarantees will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of closure of application.
