    If your information on your New Zealand eVisa does not match with the information on your passport, you will have to apply for a new eVisa.

  • What if my travel plans change, is my New Zealand eVisa still valid?

    You can travel on any date within the validity of your visa. If your plans change and your visa expires, you will have to apply for a new visa.

  • Do I get a refund if my New Zealand eVisa is rejected?

    No, in case your eVisa is rejected, you do not get a refund on your embassy fee.

  • Can I cancel my New Zealand eVisa?

    No, once issued, you cannot cancel your New Zealand eVisa. If you plans change and your travel plans are after your visa expiry, you will have to apply for a new visa. 

  • Can Indians get New Zealand eVisa on arrival?

    No, Indians cannot get New Zealand visa on arrival. You have to apply for an eVisa before travelling to New Zealand.
